Adding Value To Umpiring
Umpires are underappreciated and in high demand. We are looking to build a database of umpires so we can assist in getting them work while proving their value. We will be ranking umpires and allowing them to build a resume that allows them to be noticed for big jobs all over the country to just finding local work.
It is imperative we take better care of the umpires and give them a voice so they can grow and develop as umpires yet so they can have the opportunity to be recognized for their work. This platform will be the perfect place for new umpires to begin while also providing well established umpires will more opportunities.
We will be able to assist tournament directors in bordering states locate umpires and be able to have confidence in their ability as an umpire. We are going to "coach" umpires and help them build a resume that attracts better umpiring opportunities. We have the ability to get feedback from players and coaches to determine the value of the umpiring skillset.
