Colin is an up-and-coming movement efficiency superstar who talks the talk and walks the walk. In a league of his own, Colin has introduced training methods that are making a big impact on athletes of all sports, many MLB & MILB Players as well as individuals who are experiencing pain in lower back/legs, etc. As one of the Co-Founders of G8Way Max, Colin and his partners have created the most robust Mobile Application supported by Artificial Intelligence that provides a health screen that displays the bodies imbalances. This screening is the benchmark data-driven application used in training his clients. Providing data-driven approach with quantifiable information that leads to success, is what Colin and his team at G8Way Max have been working on for many years. Proof of concept supports the science-based approach to "grounding" athletes so they can find themselves and repair damage done or being done to their body. Not only do they get the secret sauce they are educated on the methods and proper approach to sustain balance and reach their potential. Colin played college baseball and has been training athletes for the past 7 years. He also coaches for Stars and Stripes Sports providing great leadership that connects with today's players. Stars and Stripes Sports has proven the ability to develop baseball and softball players across the United States. A company rooted on developing players on and off the field, Stars and Stripes Sports has built relationships with top professionals and organizations across the United States. We support beginners to very high-level players. We enjoy creating the proper environment and resources to see development take place. We have done this for many years assisting players that are "overlooked". We do not cut players we develop them! Our player's make their High School Teams and over 80% end of playing in college at some level. No matter your needs, we have solutions that will make an impact.
Cost for uniforms vary based upon what type of team wants, this can range from $75 to $250 depending on what you want to get. Practices cost $20 to $30 a practice. Games cost $50 to $100 a weekend unless we play in an out-of-town even depending on what we have planned. All players will be tested with ACE testing and Hitter Handicap. Players complete a Daily Athletic Performance Survey, and we build and track performance with our Athlete Management System. If you are not testing...YOU ARE GUESSING!
Teams typically practice once to twice a week and play every other weekend.
We have the most sophisticated Athlete Management System available and manage all communications with this system. All players are tested and re-tested regularly to follow progressive development. We do daily athletic performance surveys and players keep an activity log. We provide a confidence and consistency training course to be sure we give all the resources necessary for development and growth.
Our coaches will be schooled in proper way to develop players on and off the field. We have consistently provided top coaching seeking professional coaches who do not have a child on the team. We empower coaches who want to learn and enable themselves to be a good conduit to what is proven to work. No ego's here and we have many, many top professionals in our organization. We are excited to train and develop the current group of young coaches we have in the stable now. Proper oversight and training is necessary to ensure proper growth and development for this organization. Coaches are developing just like the players are and we are really good at development! It takes the Village!
Our team will bat the entire line up and will have free substitution with no one player sitting out more than one inning at a time. Pitchers will be limited to pitch counts of 75 in a game. We do not throw curve balls only fastballs and change ups. We utilize the entire team in pitching so we allow everyone the chance to develop and protect the arms of all of our players.
Always looking for good coaching prospects. Would love to speak with you! KellyAhrens@StarsandStripesSports.com
