Athletes will be tested using Test and Train Sports testing platform to identify where they stand, target their specific needs and ensure each athlete receives specialized neuromuscular training to jumpstart their ability to achieve proper timing while gaining mobility and perfecting sequence.
In order to be prepared for the upcoming college season, athletes need to receive targeted training protocols in conjunction with live game reps against good competition.
Athletes will be able to test using a platform that is used by multiple colleges to identify key areas that need to be targeted in training. Deliberate practice and training is the only way to maximize your investment into the specific areas of need. Use a data driven evidence based approach to attach each individuals needs as no two players are the same. Muscle activation procedures utilizing cognitive application which connects the body's movement accelerating ability to find timing.
Gradual build up of plyometrics and specialized exercises to prepare body for competition while focusing on sport specific and position specific needs.
Daily drills gearing up swing mechanics to find mobility, sequencing and timing enhanced by front toss, side toss and batting practice .
Daily drills working on fielding mechanics while receiving ground balls and other infield/outfield related exercises that helps prepare for competition.
Arm prep to activate and build throwing mechanics in order to prepare for the upcoming season grind. Drills, long toss and arm maintenance.
Pithing drills and deliberate bullpen sessions targeted to mastery of efficient delivery as you build up stamina.
Training and support begins immediately as athletes will perform self testing at home before arrival and will be re-tested at CCSL Spring Training to validate progression and to identify areas of need.
Each player will participate in a daily survey that provides training coaches the ability to identify and treat vulnerable areas of need to professional monitor day to day progression of development.
Athletes will immediately receive programming from Test and Train Sports via mobile application targeting physical prep to get to Spring Training in shape and to maintain benefits until stepping on college campus.
Specific testing protocols can be reviewed with training staff to identify key elements of mechanics. Athletes will determine level of engagement or need as the resources will be available to provide advice and guidance.
A la Carte product athletes can utilize to better manage training and competition approach which leads to higher production and more enjoyment while minimizing self imposed stress. Complete a Self-Scouting report and a How to Coach Me which provides play book to best managed approach to the game.
